If a product received has been damaged before receiving, please message us and we will do our best to replace it for you.

We are not liable for products once they are received by the collector. We are not responsible for the mishandling of a product by customers, and we will not offer refunds, exchanges, or any other form of compensation for mishandled products. This may include marks of fingerprints, dropping, tearing, or spilling.

Please read the description of the product carefully. It is not our duty to amend situations that have arisen from not reading the product description.
