All paper prints, originals, and small drawings will be shipped via Canada Post. Any large-scale drawings or paintings above 24” are shipped directly to your door via a courier service.

When Will My Order Be Processed And Shipped?

We’re a very small team and we are doing everything within our power to process and ship orders in a timely fashion. Occasionally there may be hurdles or delays. We will try our best, your patience is greatly appreciated.

How Long Will My Order Take To Get Here?

The time it will take for your order to reach you might vary between which service is being used to ship your order. Please be patient with us, as further experience will inform more educated estimates going forward.

Duties and Taxes

We are a team operating in Southern Ontario, Canada. We are not liable for any additional import fees on original artworks or fine art prints.

If duties and taxes are not paid on your order, it will be returned and you will be refunded for your order, not including any shipping fees to and from your country.

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstances will documents be falsified.

Uncollected Parcels

We cannot ship orders again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your Post Office, the address at checkout was entered incorrectly, or Duties and Taxes were not paid on the order.

The cost to reship may vary between $10-$50 CAD, depending on location.
